Senior Sales Executive (Chicago)

Our client is experiencing tremendous business growth and is seeking to add an outstanding individual with strong prior experience working within a client services organization as a Senior Account Manager to manage both client retention and growth through proactive strategic recommendations and rapid response to client issues or questions.
Responsibilities
- Managing client accounts with the goal of fostering long-term business relationships and continued growth.
- Communicating via the web and face to face with clients about product updates and new product releases.
- Tracking account activity in CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Possessing ongoing knowledge of company offerings and associated technologies.
- Demonstrating the value of long term agreements with client partners.
- Creating satisfied customers who are willing to recommend the product to other businesses.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in online media, selling software or software-as-a-service
- Successful track record managing clients and account retention and growth
- Agency experience and a track record of successful agency business proliferation a plus
- Search marketing industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous sales Methodology training preferred
Compensation
This is an on-site, full-time salaried position located in the Chicago office. Compensation depends on prior experience. Our client pays market-leading compensation and provides the best benefits in the country.
